Fly Girls
Class emphasizes flying skills for cheerleaders. Included is flexibility and strengthening specific to balance tricks that flyers do, twisting and toss tricks are done on the trampoline. All students, regardless of level, are eligible to take the Fly Girls Class.
Level 2
Level 2 skills are taught at a progressing level. Level 2 Classes include all level 2 skills and are taught at the level of the student attending the class. The minimum requirements for level 2 classes are passing the Level 1 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Back Handspring Only
This class is designed to help a student focus solely on achieving a solid back handspring. Participants focus on drills and exercises related to back handsprings. The minimum requirements for level 2 classes are passing the Level 1 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Level 2-3
Mixed Level 2-3 Classes are offered for those that are 1 or 2 skills away from passing Level 2 and advancing up to the next level. The minimum requirements for level 2-3 classes are nearly passing the Level 2 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Level 3
Level 3 skills are taught at a progressing level. Level 3 Classes include all level 3skills and are taught at the level of the student attending the class. The minimum requirements for level 3 classes are passing the Level 2 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Front Tumbling
This class is designed to help a student focus on forward movement skills from level 2-5. This class focuses on front walkovers, front handspring, front flips, up to and including front twisting. Participants focus on drills and exercises related to connecting the skills to existing passes. The minimum requirements for this class are being a solid Level 2 tumbler while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of level 2 related skills or instructor approval.
Back Tucks Only
This class is designed to help a student focus solely on achieving a solid back tuck. Participants focus on drills and exercises related to back tucks. The minimum requirements for level 3 classes are passing the Level 2 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Combo Passes
This class focuses on connecting skills to each other to make combination passes. Skills include; whips, back tucks to back handsprings, front flip step-outs, back handspring step-outs, etc. Participants focus on drills and exercises related to connecting the skills to creating new passes. The minimum requirements for this class are being a solid Level 2 tumbler while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of level 2 related skills or instructor approval.
Level 3-4
Mixed Level 3-4 Classes are offered for those that are 1 or 2 skills away from passing Level 3 and advancing up to the next level. The minimum requirements for level 3-4 classes are nearly passing the Level 3 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Level 4
Level 4 skills are taught at a progressing level. Level 4 Classes include all level 4 skills and are taught at the level of the student attending the class. The minimum requirements for level 4 classes are passing the Level 3 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Level 4-5
Mixed Level 4-5 Classes are offered for those that are 1 or 2 skills away from passing Level 4 and advancing up to the next level. The minimum requirements for level 4-5 classes are nearly passing the Level 4 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
Twisted Tumbling (Level 5)
Twisted Tumbling Classes are offered for those that have completed Levels 1-4. This class is geared for the advanced (Level 4-5) tumblers working on layouts and twisting for fulls, arabians, front twisting, and flyer twisting. The minimum requirements for Twisted Tumbling are nearly passing the Level 4 skill sheet while demonstrating and maintaining the proper technique of related skills or instructor approval.
